AK Precision NanoSystems is an early-stage deep-tech venture developing indigenous lithography and electron-beam lithography (EBL) equipment in India.

Most advanced nanofabrication tools today are imported and prohibitively expensive. Our goal is to design cost-effective, locally supported systems that give researchers and labs access to reliable nanofabrication without relying on foreign supply chains.
